Check-in: The rooms are available from 2 pm, if you arrive later than 6 pm, please contact us.
Check-out: The rooms are available until 10 am.

Child discount in the room of the parents with two full-paying guests: up to 2 years € 15.- (per day), from 3 to 8 years -50%, from 9 to 14 years -30%

Reservations can be made online/ the homepage, telephone or e-mail. For fixed reservations we ask for a deposit of 40%, --. Just after we recieved your deposit, your reservation is binding. Payments can be made by cash, EC card or by online transfer before your holiday. Our bank connection is Raiffeisenbank Serfaus-Fiss-Ried, A-6534 Serfaus

Cancellation conditions: WINTER 2023/24 free cancellation until 60 days before arrival (according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations). SUMMER 2024 free cancellation until 30 days before arrival.

No later than 3 months before the agreed arrival date you can dissolve the accommodation contract without paying a cancellation fee. We will refund your down payment, minus € 20,- handling charge per booking.
A cancellation fee of 40% is due for cancellations up to 1 month prior to arrival.
In the case of cancellation later than 14 days before arrival, we will charge the booked service.
In case of later arrival or earlier departure, the same rules will apply. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

The mentioned prices are per person and night, including breakfast buffet, exclusive the local tax of € 2,60 per day and person from 15 years! For short stays up to 3 days we charge a surcharge. Unused services can not be refunded.
